Admission Procedure

  • You may call the school and speak with our Principal Sherry Downey. She will be able to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.
  • We encourage all prospective families to visit our school. You can contact the Principal to schedule an appointment or join us at our next Open House.
  • Schedule a day for your child to shadow during the school day. Typically, your child will spend a half or full day attending classes.
  • Submit a completed application with all required documents (see admissions checklist), a recent picture of your child and the $200 non-refundable application fee.

Admissions Checklist

  • Copy of a recent psycho-educational assessment conducted by a licensed psychologist

  • Submission of completed Request for Records Form to your child’s current school in order to have transcripts, standardized test scores, and health records sent to the Admissions Office
  • A diagnosis of a learning disability and/or attention-deficit disorder
  • A completed and signed admissions application
  • A $200 non-refundable application fee
  • A copy of your child's Birth certificate
  • Immunization form
  • Release of information form
  • Current school records (including transcript)
  • Scheduled appointment for parent visit with the Principal
  • Where appropriate, scheduled appointment for student school/classroom visit
